The Sales Director is involved in every aspect of the sales process and is responsible for generating revenue from two channels, 1) owned/named accounts and 2) net new accounts. The Sales Director is responsible for maintaining, nurturing and building relationships with clients and is expected to meet set revenue targets within respective accounts. Additionally, the Sales Director is expected to prospect, network and break into net new accounts generating revenue from new business channels while also acting as a brand ambassador for the company. Accountable to execute sales/client facing initiatives as needed in order to achieve quota goals laid out by sales management for that year.
