The Internal Communications, Learning & Development Manager is accountable for building a strong partnership with leaders of the business to lead the internal communications strategy and program execution. You will design, manage and lead a variety of communications activities that include, but are not limited to: • The Weekly IYUNO Insider Newsletter • Ad Hoc Communications in direct response to the needs of the business and as directed by the Chief People Officer and other members of the Leadership Team • Provide a regular heartbeat of communications around personnel appointments, important company initiatives and Global Human Resources Campaigns • Provide feedback from the company up to the CXO Leadership team to ensure their direct understanding of employee satisfaction and employee engagement at all levels of the organisation • Direct and Develop the Learning & Development Team and strategizing the workflow and priorities across Operations, Global HR, L&D, Internal Communications and Finance • Lead and develop the activities of Iyuno’s Learning & Development Team to ensure they are working cohesively with all stakeholders in developing and executing Iyuno’s Learning programs
